Job Scope Under limited supervision, responsible for performing a full range of technical and operational tasks in support of the service center work flow and management.
Manages work requests dependencies and tasks before to ensure work flow progression to ensure customer service required dates are met.
Ensure proper as built and timely closing of Distribution work request by reconciliation and balancing of material and labor and provide technical supports for the resources/operation yard.
Make up job packages Manage work request dependencies and task (requirements) Manage and maintain 52 week calendar for resource availability As-built work request for proper closing ( labor & material) Manager customer communication letters Update various data bases ( NJUNS, vault inspection, cable rehab lotus note data base) Verify invoices ( MOT , Crane, ) Prepare recommendation for job order billing Ability to meet attendance and storm duty requirements Ability to work extended hours Performs other job-related duties as assigned Performance will be based on successful completion of all job functions up to the productivity standards and timeframes established and directed by Management.
Required High school diploma or equivalent - 5
years of experience Expert ability with integrity and compliance skills Competent ability with analysis and problem solving, communications, process/project management, and professional skills Basic ability with commercial and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in related field of study Primary Job Info Pay rate:
$35 - $39hr.
