Summary/Objective:
The Provider Relations Lead, reporting directly to the Provider Relations Manager, will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the recruiting and credentialing teams in identifying and onboarding potential new providers for non-emergency medical transportation and/or on-site interpretation services.
This role entails close collaboration with the department manager to establish and uphold objectives while refining existing processes.
Essential Functions:
Initiate and respond to phone communications with providers regarding service issues.
Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen the working relationship between the company and providers nationwide.
Monitor credentialing activities to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Evaluate upcoming scheduled assignments and negotiate service costs with current providers.
Collect pertinent data and generate both scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required.
Assist in the training and coaching of providers.
Fulfill additional duties as delegated by management.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
Strong negotiation capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to evolving requirements and priorities in daily and specialized tasks.
Diligent in verifying, compiling, and following up on information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a related field preferred.
