Compliance Inventory Associate JOB SUMMARY The Compliance Inventory Associate will maintain inventory control, order processing, and record management of all serialized product.
This role is heavily involved in the manufacturing and processing of all serialized product.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 2
years of ATF compliance experience or related At least 1 year of experience using ERP Software At least 1 year of experience maintaining inventory control Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds Must be comfortable handling firearms Proficient with MS Office PREFERRED SKILLS Manufacturing and production experience preferred SAP Business 1 experience preferred Outstanding organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of ATF regulations Must be detail oriented CORE DUTIES Inventory control of all serialized products Record all serialized products on the Master Production Schedule as needed Create, maintain, and track all corresponding travelers Organize and cart serialized product (raw material and/or forgings) for manufacturing Track serialized product through the manufacturing processes Create and maintain production orders and related transactions of corresponding products/processes Communicate external process needs with purchasing Assist with sorting, scheduling, and/or disposing of all non-conforming and rework serialized product Acquire and dispose all serialized products in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations Destroy and dispose of defective serialized products and record in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations Scrap necessary inventory out of SAP in appropriate stages Maintain traveler logs and all tracking spreadsheets Perform and/or assist with internal audits Perform monthly cycle counts Regularly check inventory in warehouses to ensure they are built/stored in correct stages Assist with physical inventory of serialized products twice a year Ensure all serialized product is properly labeled for easy identification Adhere to all company, safety, and housekeeping policies Maintain an organized working environment Stay current with ATF compliance regulations HOURS 1st shift position Monday through Friday, 8:

Overtime as needed SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS The selected candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screen.
The potential candidate must also meet ATF requirements for Firearm possession.
