Southeast Petro's Corporate Office Southeast Petro's Corporate Office Cocoa, FL Cocoa, FL Full-time Full-time $46,120 - $60,730 a year $46,120 - $60,730 a year 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective The position reports to the Client Relations Manager/Dispatcher and will assist in providing customer support for Fuel Dispatching, coordinating deliveries with suppliers and freight companies, and resolving customer issues related to the fuel delivery process.
Monitor gallons sold for all customers.
Prepare and maintain schedules for tracking and disbursements for supplier fuels rebates and all state and local fuel sales taxes.

Resolve dispatching issues with customers, to include frequent communications with suppliers, terminals, and freight companies Assist in maintenance of contract files and ensuring all contract modifications are updated Update customer access for company website for new and existing customers Work with fuel distributors to maintain misloads, requests for rebills, and help with billing questions Competencies Financial Management.
