com, an online Catholic store (plus a publishing arm and film production company), based in Cocoa Village, FL, is seeking a Director of Operations to handle and oversee tasks including Marketing, Customer Service, Shipping, and Inventory.

The ideal candidate will manage and help implement the day-to-day operations.
These include:
Inventory - Keeping various items stocked and monitored.
Overseeing/managing several part-time employees who help with customer service via email, phone, and online chat.
Contributing to the company's growth through promotional initiatives such as social media marketing, online promotions, email marketing, and more.
Communicating with our vendors regarding our inventory needs and keep our inventory up to date and inline with our theirs.
We'll count on the candidate to think creatively by implementing improvements to our system, adding and updating products to our site with direct assistance from our vendors and keeping an eye out for new and interesting products.
This is a small but established and growing company, and this position is very hands-on and often requires multi-tasking during busier times, especially in regards to customer service and preparing orders to be picked up by our shipper.

com, we also own several smaller ecommerce sites that the ideal canditate will help manage and grow.

We will provide necessary training, but we truly need a candidate who has the initiative and vision to engage with and improve upon our organizational systems and procedures.
The main duties of this position include:
Shipping shipping in-house items managing in-house inventory monitoring drop-shipped orders purchasing of in-house items processing returns keeping various office items stocked and monitored Products Source new products Add or remove products to/from the site Maintain relationships with vendors General eCommerce Responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post guest contributions, sourced articles, videos, etc We have a library of pre-made posts for this Most of our seasonal posts are already created General Responsibilities Assist in customer support Assist in order fulfillment and shipping Assist in various office duties including payroll for employees (a simple task via Gusto) NOTE:
We will train you and help you learn how each of these and other business operations work, but at least basic knowledge about computers, the Internet, email, etc is necessary.
Requirements Our preference would be for someone with at least a Bachelor's degree and/or background in a field related to ecommerce, business, communications, marketing, IT, and/or similar.
Knowledge about the Catholic faith and interest in related subjects is also a bonus.
An ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in some of the following, but training is available:

Location Our office is in Cocoa Village, FL, the beautiful historic district of Cocoa with restaurants, cafes and a riverside park.
The candidate must be able to work in the office.
Compensation $31,500 starting salary Annual 5% to 8% raise based on performance Annual bonus based on sales (from $500 to $1,500) Working Hours The company experiences busier times of the year and less busy times.
Our busy seasons (Nov-Dec and Feb-April) will require at least 40 hours per week, but this is often offset during the rest of the year when 40 hours or less still allow operations to run smoothly.
We are open to working with the ideal candidate to accommodate his or her other commitments and schedules when deciding upon the work schedule.
A traditional schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM is perfectly fine, but we are open to an earlier start time and end time (example 8 AM to 4 PM), or a later start time and end time (example 10 AM to 6 PM).
We are also open to shifting part of the work time to the weekend if desired, although most of the more crucial operations take place during the week days.
You can take up to 7 holidays off plus 5 days flex time, although it's preferred for the flex time to be used during our less busy seasons.
All computers, software, printers, materials are provided.
The location has multiple rooms including small offices (one of which you can use as your own), a shipping station, and several inventory rooms.
At the current time, our customer service help works mostly from home, and thus sometimes you will be the sole employee working in the office.
In time, however, we expect to have at least one part-time employee coming into the office.
