Crosswinds Youth Services is seeking the services of a part-time Handyman to be responsible for the overall tasks of maintaining a clean, healthy environment, providing quality care and duties at the company's Cocoa based facilities.
Duties:
General facilities maintenance.
Troubleshooting and repair of minor maintenance related issues such as plumbing, drywall repair, painting, pressure washing, filter cleaning or replacement, ceiling tile replacement, furniture assembly and repair, minor door and door lock troubleshooting and repair, irrigation system maintenance and repair, light office furniture moving, window blind installation and repair, damaged item repair, etc.
, out of schedule maintenance cleaning of bathrooms.
Serves as point of contact with outside service contractors such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression system.
Maintain indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds, remain on feet for long periods of time, stoop, bend, climb, crawl or balance.
This position is part-time 10-15 hours a week.
Requirements:
