We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Pro to join our team.
As a QuickBooks Pro , you will be responsible for providing expert support in using QuickBooks software for bookkeeping and accounting purposes.
Your role will involve financial management, budgeting,, tax preparation, and general ledger reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform double entry bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions - Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes - Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations - Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Experience:
- Proven experience as a QuickBooks Pro or similar role - Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles - Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliation - Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial report writing - Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Note:
This is a paid position.
Internship positions are also compensated.
